Płock hosts safety picnic and launches school student initiative

On Wednesday, August 26, the Old Town Market Square in Płock hosted an educational picnic titled ‘Safe Return to School’. The event, organized by the Płock City Guard's Prevention Department and various partners, combined entertainment for children with safety awareness.

A key highlight of the event was the launch of the ‘Odblaskowy Pierwszak’ initiative, a joint project between Orlen Ochrona and the Płock City Guard. The campaign aims to teach students the importance of wearing reflective elements to increase visibility and safety.

Attendees participated in workshops, contests, and animations. Orlen Ochrona showcased service vehicles and technologies used for neutralizing drone-related threats, alongside presentations of mobile monitoring systems and drone demonstrations. The fire department also provided vehicle displays and demonstrations.
