POCO X8S 5G launched with Snapdragon 7 Gen 4

POCO has expanded its X series with the launch of the POCO X8S 5G in select global markets. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and runs on HyperOS 3, based on Android 16.

The device features a 6.35-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits. Hardware specifications include up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The camera system consists of a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor.

Battery capabilities include a 6,330mAh capacity supporting 100W wired charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging. In Vietnam, the device is priced starting at approximately Rs 42,000 for the 8GB/256GB model and Rs 51,000 for the 12GB/512GB model. Availability in other markets, including India, has not yet been officially confirmed.
