Poczta Polska launches major investment program for cash logistics

Poczta Polska is launching its largest-ever investment program to expand its cash logistics and processing capabilities. Despite the rise of digital payments, the company maintains that cash remains a vital payment method for many clients, including retail chains, gas stations, and public institutions.

The company currently processes approximately 150 billion PLN annually, managing nearly 200,000 cash transports per month for about 1,700 institutional and commercial clients. Its operations are supported by a network of 31 cash processing centers, roughly 400 armored vehicles, and a specialized team of approximately 2,500 employees.

The new investment initiative aims to strengthen the company's market position through the gradual replacement of its armored vehicle fleet, modernization of cash processing centers, and the development of vault infrastructure.
