Podcaster Jennifer Welch uses violent rhetoric against JD Vance

Podcaster Jennifer Welch, host of the ‘I’ve Had It’ podcast, has drawn significant criticism following a segment in which she used violent language directed at Vice President JD Vance. During a recent broadcast, Welch stated, “We need to keep firing, pistols firing at all times towards this guy,” arguing that Vance is unfit to be a father, husband, or vice president.

Welch further characterized Vance as an “antichrist-style sociopath” and a “pathological liar,” while also making disparaging remarks regarding his family and his relationship with billionaire donor Peter Thiel. The comments have sparked backlash on social media, particularly given the heightened sensitivity toward political rhetoric following previous assassination attempts against Donald Trump and the 2025 death of Charlie Kirk.
