Podgorica hosts 11th Guitar Days international festival

The 11th edition of the international festival “Guitar Days in Podgorica” has officially opened at the KIC “Budo Tomović” hall. The opening event featured performances by renowned international artists, including Hungarian guitarist Sandor Papa and Spanish flamenco guitarist Manolo Frank Baron, both of whom performed for Montenegrin audiences for the first time.

Marijana Zečević, acting director of KIC “Budo Tomović”, emphasized the importance of artistic connection and the festival's role in building international partnerships. Jorge Urbiola Lopes, representing the Spanish Embassy in Montenegro, noted that the performances, particularly the flamenco music, serve to symbolically connect Montenegro and Spain through the universal power of music.
