Podgorica International Literature Festival opens with new book presentations

The Podgorica International Literature Festival commenced with the presentation of the poetry collection ‘Varljiva istorija doma’ by poet and editor Srđan Gagić. Gagić, who previously received the ‘Predrag Matvejević’ award in Zagreb, discussed how his work explores themes of memory, home, and identity through personal and universal experiences.

Also featured on the first day was author Uroš Petrović, a prominent writer for children and youth. Petrović addressed the challenges facing younger generations in a rapidly evolving technological landscape, noting impacts on imagination and motor skills.
