Podgorica Prosecutor's Office rejects criminal complaint against school official

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica has rejected a criminal complaint filed by Milka Obradović against a school official, Ljuljanaj. Obradović alleged that Ljuljanaj abused his position to violate her fundamental human rights.

The allegations included Ljuljanaj preventing Obradović from speaking during a Teachers' Council meeting, requesting security to physically remove her, and attempting to undermine her professional reputation by organizing a student vote regarding her teaching assignments. Despite these claims and testimonies from employees, prosecutor Damir Kujović ruled that no criminal elements were present in the director's actions.
