Podhale Nowy Targ targets player reinforcements for new season

Podhale Nowy Targ has begun building its roster for the upcoming Tauron Hokej Liga season following the appointment of Andrzej Świstak as coach. The club aims to retain a core of players from its previous I liga championship winning squad while seeking strategic reinforcements to compete at the highest level.

Due to current budget constraints, the club is targeting experienced players who can provide immediate sporting value. The team is reportedly interested in Swedish goalkeeper Anton Svensson, who previously played for KH Energi Toruń and recorded a 94.7 percent save rate during the play-offs. Additionally, the club is eyeing veteran Polish defender Maciej Kruczek, a former national team player and four-time Polish champion.
