Podkarpackie region hosts organ music festival and Franciscan youth gathering in July 2026

From 11 July to 16 August 2026, the 36th Podkarpacki Organ Festival will present thirteen free concerts across Rzeszów, Jarosław, Kańczuga, Ropczyce, Niebylce, Rudnik‑nad‑Sanem, Sędziszów Małopolski and Lutycze. The festival, founded by Prof. Marek Stefański and organized by the ARS PRO ARTE foundation, showcases historic organs in the region’s churches and is supported by the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and the city of Rzeszów.

Between 19 July and 25 July 2026, Kalwaria Pacławska will host the 39th Franciscan Youth Meeting, gathering around 700 participants from across Poland. The event, themed “Harmony”, combines daily Eucharist, worship, conferences, workshops, sports, and concerts featuring groups such as CUKIER and Fioretti. Organized by the Polish Franciscan Order, the week‑long festival aims to deepen faith, foster community and provide recreational activities for young people.
