Podujeva Municipality and DHTIK sign economic cooperation memorandum

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kosovo (DHTIK) and the Municipality of Podujeva have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement aims to strengthen institutional cooperation and create new opportunities for private sector development within the municipality.

The partnership focuses on driving economic growth, empowering businesses, attracting investment, and increasing employment through closer coordination between local institutions and the business community. During the signing, Skender Krasniqi, Chairman of the DHTIK Board, emphasized the need for functional central institutions to create a stable environment for investment.

Shpejtim Bulliqi, Mayor of Podujeva, highlighted local initiatives to support the private sector, including grant schemes for new businesses and the development of an Industrial Zone featuring 52 plots for business placement.
