The 4th Regional Conference Požega 2026, titled ‘Mislimo gospodarski, razvijamo regionalno’, focused on driving regional development through economic zones and improved transport connectivity. Key discussions centered on creating better conditions for investment, entrepreneurship, and job creation within the Požega-Slavonia County.

Participants emphasized the importance of building a fast road to increase the competitiveness of economic zones. Additionally, officials discussed leveraging the Graševina wine variety as a regional brand to strengthen the local viticulture and wine industry.

Economic data presented at the conference indicated stable growth in the Požega-Slavonia County. Compared to 2024, revenues increased by 12 percent, entrepreneur profits rose by 36 percent, and exports grew by 10 percent.
