Pogoń Szczecin draws 1-1 with Udinese Calcio in charity match

Pogoń Szczecin drew 1-1 against Italian Serie A side Udinese Calcio in a charity match held for Robert Dymkowski.

Pogoń coach Oscar Garcia expressed satisfaction with his team's performance, stating they played “as equals” against a high-quality opponent. Garcia noted the commitment shown by his players despite the strength of the Italian squad.

The match saw the absence of key players Jordi Sanchez and Kellyn Acosta, both of whom were sidelined due to thigh muscle discomfort to avoid injury risks. Additionally, the coach provided an update on 17-year-old Abdoulaye Sidibe, who is currently being tested by the team and will be eligible for official competitive matches once he turns 18 in January.
