Pogoń Szczecin files FIFA complaint against CFR Cluj over unpaid transfer

Pogoń Szczecin has filed a complaint with the FIFA Tribunal regarding unpaid transfer fees from the Romanian club CFR Cluj. The dispute concerns the permanent transfer of player Marian Huja, which took place in early July.

Tan Kesler, managing director of Pogoń Szczecin, expressed disappointment, stating that the payment deadline has passed without the club receiving any funds. The transfer fee is reported to be approximately 250,000 euros. Pogoń has taken legal steps to protect its interests, and media reports suggest that failure to settle could result in transfer bans for Cluj.

Simultaneously, reports indicate that Marian Huja may be leaving CFR Cluj. Moroccan club Raja Casablanca has reportedly reached a preliminary agreement to acquire the player for approximately 350,000 euros.
