Pogoń Szczecin owner announces criminal investigation into former management

Alex Haditaghi, the owner of the Polish football club Pogoń Szczecin, has announced that the prosecutor's office has launched a criminal investigation involving former management and supervisory bodies. The investigation focuses on activities occurring between February 2025 and March 20, 2025.

Haditaghi stated that the club has hired a prominent criminal defense lawyer, a former prosecutor, to assist in the matter. The club's management and legal advisors have reportedly gathered extensive documentation, including financial records and correspondence, which they believe shows serious harm was done to the organization.

In addition to the prosecutor's investigation, the club is preparing legal actions against the former sporting director, Dariusz Adamczuk, and his wife.
