Poka launches no-code AI Studio for manufacturing

Poka, a subsidiary of IFS, has launched AI Studio, a no-code platform designed to allow manufacturers to create and deploy artificial intelligence agents directly on factory floors. The tool enables plant managers, supervisors, and continuous improvement teams to build AI agents from scratch or via preconfigured templates without requiring specialized programming expertise or dedicated data science teams.

The platform utilizes 12 years of frontline workflow data and includes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This allows organizations to connect operational data and workflows to existing enterprise AI assistants, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.

AI Studio has undergone testing through an early access program with major companies including Mars and Nestlé. According to Poka, initial prototypes can be developed within days, with broader deployment achievable within weeks. The technology aims to support tasks such as troubleshooting, quality management, and workflow monitoring to empower frontline workers.
