Pokémon celebrates 30th anniversary with new cards and rare exhibition

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Pokémon, The Pokémon Company has revealed several legendary creatures featured in the upcoming expansion set. The new cards include various illustrations for Pokémon such as Reshiram, Zekrom, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Groudon, among others.

In Milan, the Italian startup Collecto is hosting a special event from September 16 to 18 at Piazza Santo Stefano. The exhibition will feature a rare 1996 Japanese first-print ‘No Rarity Symbol’ card, valued at approximately 1 million euros. During the three-day event, visitors can also bring their own cards to be evaluated by a team of experts regarding their quality and collectibility.
