Pokémon celebrates 30th anniversary with Paris auction and Pokéween event

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Pokémon, several major events are scheduled for October 2026. In Paris, the auction house MILLON will host an exceptional sale on October 7 featuring hundreds of rare trading cards. Highlights include a collection from Gifu, Japan, containing highly sought-after items such as Mario Pikachu, Luigi Pikachu, and a Pokémon Center 15th Anniversary box estimated between 8,000 and 12,000 euros.

Simultaneously, Play! Pokémon will host the Pokéween program throughout October 2026. Participating stores will offer open play sessions, card exchanges, and tournaments. The event will feature promotional cards showcasing the evolutionary line of Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar, linked to the Mega Evolution–Rising Chaos expansion.
