Pokémon GO features Groudon and rare raid encounters until August 18

Pokémon GO players have a limited-time opportunity to encounter various Pokémon in Raid Battles through August 18. The current lineup includes the legendary Pokémon Groudon, which is noted as a top-tier Ground-type attacker. Players are encouraged to farm Groudon for individual value optimization and to collect Candy or Candy XL for potential Primal Groudon enhancements.

In 3-star Raids, players can encounter Galarian Indeedee, Magcargo, and Hydrapple. Galarian Indeedee and Hydrapple are highlighted as particularly rare encounters, making this a significant chance for players aiming to complete their shiny Pokédex.

Additionally, 1-star Raids feature Tarountula. While shiny versions are not currently implemented, players may encounter different forms such as ‘Imitation’ or ‘Precious’ Tarountula, with the latter having an estimated encounter rate of approximately 1%.
