Pokémon GO launches 10th anniversary events with rare Gimmighoul and Latin America exclusive

To mark its tenth anniversary in 2026, Pokémon GO is running two concurrent events. A Latin America‑only event called “Ponte la #10” runs from 30 June to 10 July, featuring boosted spawns of Pikachu, Eevee, Grookey, Scorbunny and Sobble, incense duration extended to one hour, double companion‑capture probability, team play up to eight hours with possible Snorlax and Raboot encounters, and a special research line that rewards items such as a number‑10 shirt.

A separate global anniversary activity adds a super‑rare variant of Gimmighoul that carries a commemorative “10” coin. When players use a coin bag, the Pokémon can appear in its shiny form. This Gimmighoul event is available from 4 July at 10:00 to 6 July at 20:00.
