Pokémon GO launches August 2026 GO Pass with Latias encounter and Lucky Trinket

Niantic released the August 2026 GO Pass for Pokémon GO, running from 10:00 a.m. UTC on 4 August to 10:00 a.m. UTC on 8 September. Trainers can complete free‑track tasks to earn standard rewards and a guaranteed encounter with Latias, a legendary Pokémon. The Deluxe track, priced at US $7.99, accelerates reward pacing, while a US $9.99 option adds ten rank levels, placing players directly at Rank 11.

Deluxe purchasers also receive bonus items such as Ultra Balls, Max Revives, Max Potions and a Premium Battle Pass, and a Lucky Trinket that instantly makes a friend’s Pokémon Lucky. A weekend (5‑6 September) features no daily cap on GO Points, encouraging extra grinding. The pass and all related purchases are available through the in‑game store and the Pokémon GO Web Store, with regional pricing variations.

The update targets active players worldwide, with the primary market highlighted as the United States.
