Lazio region showcases 20 aerospace firms at Farnborough International Airshow

Twenty companies from Italy’s Lazio region participated in the International Airshow in Farnborough, United Kingdom, presenting aerospace technologies to a global audience. The delegation was led by regional President Antonello Aurigemma and Vice‑President Roberta Angelilli and was supported by the agency Lazio Innova.

The firms displayed a range of products, including aeronautical seats, command‑and‑control systems and other components across the aerospace supply chain. Organisers said the fair is one of the world’s largest aerospace exhibitions, offering Lazio companies the chance to meet governments, large corporations, start‑ups and research centres to build contacts and partnerships. Aurigemma described the event as “one of the biggest international fairs” and highlighted its importance for strengthening the region’s competitiveness in a strategic sector.

Participants such as Aviointeriors, C5i and other SMEs aimed to expand export opportunities and reinforce the Made‑in‑Italy brand on the international stage.
