Poland allocates millions for emergency services and cardiology upgrades

Significant healthcare investments have been secured for medical facilities in Poland. In Sanok County, over 40.4 million PLN has been allocated for the construction of a new headquarters for the Bieszczady Emergency Medical Service. This funding, approved by Minister Hanna Majszczyk, aims to improve working conditions for paramedics and enhance regional emergency response through modern organizational and technical infrastructure, including training rooms.

Additionally, the Independent Public Health Care Center (SPZOZ) in Puławy has received more than 18.1 million PLN through the National Recovery Plan (KPO). This investment is dedicated to modernizing cardiology services, specifically targeting the Cardiology Department, the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit, and the Hemodynamics Laboratory. The funds will be used to purchase advanced medical equipment and upgrade infrastructure to improve diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.
