Poland and Czech Republic adjust CAP support guidelines for 2023‑2027
Poland issued several ministerial notices updating the detailed rules for granting, disbursing and reclaiming financial assistance under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2023‑2027. The changes cover a range of interventions, including rural infrastructure projects, the “Intelligent Village” concept and sector‑specific qualifications for services such as large‑format ceramic tile installation.
The Czech Republic’s Ministry of Agriculture announced an expansion of advisory support for farmers and food producers under the same CAP framework. New rules introduce farm‑planning services, demonstration‑farm schemes, creation of new advisory tools, enhanced training for advisors and e‑learning resources. The advisory programme receives a budget of 240 million CZK, with applications opening on 3 November 2026. Both countries aim to strengthen knowledge transfer, innovation and competitiveness in the agricultural sector.
