Poland announces public auctions of municipal and agricultural land parcels
The City of Piła will hold two open oral auctions for municipal land located on Gliniana Street. The parcels cover 0.14 ha and 0.161 ha, are zoned for production, storage and service facilities, and have starting bids of 208,000 zł and 230,000 zł with deposits of 41,600 zł and 46,000 zł respectively. The auctions are scheduled for 29 September 2025 at the Piła City Hall.
Separately, a 314.1559‑ha agricultural estate near the village of Czaplice in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship is offered for sale. The property includes arable land (about 91 % of the area) and several historic farm buildings— a 19th‑century palace, barn, stables, and a multi‑bay barn— all listed as monuments. The estate is equipped with three wells and partial utilities, and the sale notice provides detailed technical specifications of the land and structures.
