Within a 24‑hour period in mid‑July, inquiries for timber‑frame houses jumped 133%, while traditional building, custom kitchens, bathroom remodels, PVC windows, interior painting and air‑conditioning also saw increases of 50‑80%. Experts note that faster, prefab building methods are attracting investors seeking predictable timelines and costs amid inflationary pressures.
