Polish experts and retailers advise summer skin‑care routines
A recently published book by Aneta Łańcuchowska and Monika Wasilewska explains how a summer‑friendly diet and adequate water intake support skin health, recommending roughly 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight and noting that dehydration can impair skin barrier function.
Polish drugstore chain Rossmann is running a promotion on a low‑cost aloe‑gel spray (Sunozon) priced at 11.49 zł, marketed to cool and moisturise sun‑exposed skin. The promotion offers a 2 + 1 free deal on selected after‑sun products until 24 June.
Broader skin‑care guidance emphasises frequent moisturisation with light creams containing hyaluronic acid, glycerine, aloe or panthenol, daily use of SPF 30‑50 sunscreen on all exposed areas, and after‑sun treatments such as lanolin‑based ointments and specialised peels. One featured product, Yasumi Soft Amber Peel, combines several acids (amber, apple, lactic, citric) and plant extracts to exfoliate, hydrate and protect skin during summer.
Overall advice stresses drinking enough water, a diet rich in vitamins A, C and E, and limiting alcohol and sugar to maintain skin elasticity and resilience in high temperatures.
