Poland expands e‑court deliveries and launches smart search in mObywatel app

From 1 June, Poland’s Portal Informacyjny extended electronic court deliveries to citizens, businesses, professional representatives, mediators and bailiffs. Documents are now sent directly to users’ online accounts, cutting paper handling, speeding case processing and reducing costs. The portal serves all 377 ordinary courts and is used by over 483 000 citizens, 65 000 legal representatives and 13 000 institutional users, handling roughly 9 million case accesses per month.

At the same time, the government’s mObywatel mobile app introduced an intelligent global search function. The new search bar instantly scans the app’s full content, offering suggestions and direct links to relevant documents such as PESEL records. It learns user habits, highlights popular services and recalls recent choices, improving navigation across the digital public‑service ecosystem. The feature is rolled out gradually and requires the latest app version from Google Play or the App Store.
