Poland: High acceptance of advertising gadgets fails to drive brand loyalty

A 2026 industry report indicates that while advertising gadgets remain highly effective for brand recognition in Poland, they face a significant challenge in fostering long-term brand loyalty. According to data from Promoshop, 91% of Poles enjoy receiving promotional gadgets, and 87% believe branded gifts positively impact brand awareness. Furthermore, 9 out of 10 consumers can recall a company name or logo from a received item.

However, a gap exists between consumer appreciation and business results. Only 55% of consumers who view a received gadget positively actually translate that sentiment into brand loyalty. The remaining 45% remember the logo or name but do not develop a lasting relationship with the brand. This trend occurs as the global promotional products market is valued at $26.6 billion, with the Polish advertising market projected to grow by 7.2% to 9%.
