Poland hit by unusually cool, rainy July weather
Atypical low‑pressure systems moving northward from eastern Europe are set to dominate Poland's weather through early July. The resulting pattern brings extensive cloud cover, frequent rain and strong, gusty winds.
Temperatures are expected to linger around 10 °C across much of the country, dropping to 5‑9 °C in northern and north‑eastern regions, with daytime highs barely reaching 20 °C. In areas with continuous rain, daytime highs may stay near 15 °C and feel like 12‑13 °C. The Baltic coast, a popular holiday destination, will face persistent rain, wind, and daytime temperatures of only 15‑17 °C, making beach outings uncomfortable.
The forecast suggests that more typical summer warmth will not return until after the middle of July.
