Poland hosts summer workshops on herbal drinks and natural cosmetics

The mayor of Gmina Dydnia invited residents of Powiat Brzozowski to a workshop titled “Herbal and Fermented Drinks” on July 29. Participants learned to prepare herbal teas, kombucha, flavored vinegars and other fermented beverages using local plants, focusing on fermentation processes, health benefits and practical home use.

The Museum of Old Trade in Świdnica announced a second session of its 2026 Summer Museum Workshops on August 1, centered on “Natural Summer Cosmetics”. Young attendees, guided by herbalist Krzysztof Kalemba, created sun‑protective creams, mint‑lavender mist and soothing gels from natural ingredients, emphasizing safe skin care during hot weather.
