Poland hosts upcoming amateur cycling rallies and races

Poland is hosting several significant amateur cycling events this season. The 21st edition of the Ogólnopolski Gwiaździsty Rajd Rowerowy ‘Wzgórze Polak’ is scheduled for September 6 in the Roztocze region. This ‘star-shaped’ rally will see participants depart from various locations to converge at the historic Wzgórze Polak in Panasówka.

Additionally, the ORLEN Lang Team Race series continues with a major event in Bytów on September 19. This upcoming race serves as the grand finale for the series and includes the Race and Parade in the footsteps of Czesław Lang. The event will feature two distances, MINI (41 km) and MAXI (108 km), set across the hilly roads of the Kashubian region.

These events follow the recent ORLEN Tour de Pologne Amatorów, which saw over 2,000 participants competing on demanding routes to honor the memory of Polish cycling legend Ryszard Szurkowski.
