Poland job market sees sharp decline in junior roles
Analysis from the Polish job portal No Fluff Jobs reveals a significant decline in job availability during the first half of 2026. Marketing and customer service saw decreases of 37% and 30% respectively, while office administration fell by 17%.
Junior-level positions experienced even sharper declines, particularly in logistics (down 59%), sales (down 49%), and HR (down 43.5%). Experts are investigating whether these shifts are temporary adjustments to new technologies or a permanent structural change driven by the implementation of artificial intelligence.
Despite the reduction in the number of job postings, offered salaries increased across all analyzed categories for both B2B contracts and employment agreements. The most notable salary growth was observed in the logistics and finance sectors.
