While it threatens certain roles involving basic content creation, graphic design, and proofreading, it also serves as a tool that allows independent specialists to compete more effectively with small agencies, potentially increasing their earning capacity.

In the gig economy sector, specifically for ride-hailing drivers using platforms like Uber or Bolt, legal compliance remains a significant requirement. In Poland, drivers must operate as sole proprietorships and obtain specific taxi licenses. This process involves meeting strict criteria, including medical and psychological certifications, criminal record checks, and specific vehicle documentation.
