Poland launches eLicytacje KAS portal for online tax‑auction sales

The Polish Ministry of Finance opened the eLicytacje KAS portal on 1 July 2026. The platform consolidates all public notices of tax‑authority auction sales from the country's 366 tax offices, allowing users to browse and purchase movable assets, real estate and securities in one place.

The portal offers three sales modes: traditional auction, tender offers and a “buy‑now” free‑hand purchase option. The first electronic auctions are scheduled for 21 July, with the free‑hand purchase feature becoming available on 31 July. Built‑in search tools let users filter by location, category and price, and cashless payment options replace cash deposits. Officials expect greater transparency, easier access for buyers across Poland and a reduction in collusive bidding practices.
