Poland launches Portal Rolnika to digitize agricultural services

Poland has launched the ‘Portal Rolnika’, a digital platform designed to centralize agricultural services and streamline communication between farmers and government institutions. Launched on June 30, 2026, the portal serves as a single point of access for services from the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR), with plans to integrate other agencies such as IJHARS and PIORiN.

The system aims to reduce paperwork and the need for farmers to submit identical documents to multiple agencies by enabling electronic data exchange between institutions. Currently, the portal offers 20 services, including 16 related to ARiMR interventions. It also features a map to facilitate direct sales between farmers and consumers.

In addition to digital administrative improvements, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is consulting on emergency support measures to mitigate rising costs. Proposed aid includes up to 500 PLN per hectare for fertilizers and a 0.52 PLN per liter subsidy for diesel, following price increases linked to the crisis in the Middle East. The digital portal will be used to manage these upcoming support applications.
