Poland launches tourism vouchers for Warmia-Masuria and Podlaskie

Regional tourism organizations in Poland are launching subsidy programs to encourage travel to border regions, including Warmia-Masuria and Podlaskie. These initiatives, supported by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, aim to bolster local tourism industries in areas affected by proximity to borders.

In Warmia-Masuria, the “Warmińsko-Mazurski Czek Turystyczny” offers 300 PLN in subsidies for stays of at least two nights at participating facilities. The program is open to all Polish adults, with additional pools reserved for seniors over 60 and Large Family Card holders. Applications will be processed in three rounds starting September 30, 2026.

Similarly, the Podlaskie region is offering a 300 PLN subsidy for stays of at least two nights in over 400 local accommodation sites. The autumn edition has a budget of 800,000 PLN, with applications opening on October 1. The program seeks to demonstrate that Podlaskie remains a safe and attractive destination despite the situation at the Belarusian border.
