Poland: Local authorities launch public consultations on bus transport

Local governments in Poland are initiating public consultation processes to adjust bus transport networks following infrastructure changes and to improve service quality.

In the Ursus district, residents are being consulted on proposed modifications to bus routes following the opening of new stations on the second metro line. Information meetings are being held at the ‘Miś’ Culture House, and residents can also submit feedback via email or online surveys until October 25. Detailed maps and proposals are available through the Public Transport Authority.

In the Czernica municipality, an initiative allows passengers using lines 920, 945, and 955 to influence local connections. Residents can submit opinions and suggestions regarding bus schedules and service quality to the municipal office. These submissions are collected by the Czernica Commune Office and forwarded to the Wrocław City Hall Transport Department, which is responsible for planning and implementing changes.
