Poland marks anniversaries honoring Pope John Paul II

Various institutions in Poland are celebrating anniversaries related to Pope John Paul II. In Częstochowa, the John Paul II Museum of Coins and Medals marked its 15th anniversary. The museum, described by Archbishop Wacław Depo as a bridge between the city's cultural and Catholic identities, has hosted over 300 concerts and approximately 100 meetings dedicated to the late Pope during its tenure.

In Stary Lubotyn, the local primary school celebrated 20 years of bearing the name of John Paul II. The event, which coincided with National Education Day, also included the official opening of a new sports field. The ceremony was attended by local officials, including Member of Parliament Marcin Grabowski.
