Poland: Medical fundraisers launched for children in critical health conditions

Two separate medical fundraising appeals have been launched in Poland to support children facing severe health crises.

In Chorzów, 10-year-old Dominik Kordek is undergoing treatment for a malignant tumor in the right frontal lobe. Following surgery to remove the tumor, he is beginning intensive oncological treatment, including chemotherapy. His family has initiated a fundraiser on siepomaga.pl to cover the high costs of medication, specialist care, and travel to the hospital.

In Kamienna Góra, a 15-year-old boy named Kacper is fighting for recovery after being stabbed in the neck during a local event in August. The attack resulted in two instances of cardiac arrest and a stroke. Kacper has undergone four surgeries and currently requires specialized care, including a tracheostomy and PEG feeding. His mother has started an online collection to assist with his long-term rehabilitation and medical needs.
