Poland office market adds Panasonic tenant in Łódź and sells Warsaw Sky Office Center

Japanese conglomerate Panasonic signed a five‑year lease for space on the first floor of the rebranded Olimpia Nova office building in Łódź. The deal, the first after the building’s rebranding, is slated for a September move‑in. Olimpia Nova, formerly Olimpia Software Pool, offers more than 8,200 m² across five floors and features award‑winning architecture. The property is owned by EPOL Holding and is positioned near a private park.

In Warsaw, the boutique Class A Sky Office Center was sold by Hines to a private Polish investor. The transaction, advised by Avison Young and legal teams from Pinsent Masons and DLP Duch/Lisicki & Partners, covered roughly 4,800 m² of space certified BREEAM Excellent. Existing tenants include New Balance, PKO Bank Polski, and Totalizator Sportowy. The sale is reported as the largest Polish office deal in the first half of 2026, highlighting growing activity by domestic investors in the commercial real‑estate sector.
