Poland opens new social services and cultural centres in Michałów and Suwałki

The Municipal Social Services Centre in Michałów began operating, offering legal and psychological counselling, tutoring, speech therapy, mobile physiotherapy and home‑care services for residents of all ages. Director Aneta Błaszczyk highlighted the centre’s role in providing "everything in one place" and praised the convenience of home‑based assistance.

In Suwałki, the new Reading and Culture Centre was inaugurated as a modern hub for meetings, education, artistic activities and community projects. Local officials, including members of parliament and the gmina mayor, attended the ceremony and emphasized the centre’s potential to foster cultural development and social cohesion.
