Poland property tax deadline set for September 15

September 15 marks a critical deadline for property, agricultural, and forest tax payments in Poland. Individuals responsible for these taxes must pay the third installment by this date to avoid tax arrears. The obligation applies to property owners, perpetual usufructuaries, and self-possessors.

Additionally, the second installment for transport tax must be settled by the same deadline. This requirement covers owners of buses and vehicles with a permissible total mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes. Payments can be made via individual bank transfers or at municipal offices.

In Bełchatów, residents are also reminded to pay municipal waste management fees for July, August, and September by mid-September. The monthly rate per person is 29.50 PLN, while fees for non-residential properties depend on container capacity and collection frequency.
