Szczecin's Kłodny Bridge Project Receives 11 Bids
The city of Szczecin opened a tender for the construction of the Kłodny Bridge, a 182‑metre suspension crossing of the Odra River. Eleven firms and consortia submitted offers, with prices ranging from 318.2 million zł to 435.6 million zł. The lowest bid was submitted by TERLAN S.A., valuing the project at 318.2 million zł, while the highest bid came from the consortium ZUE‑SARINŻ at 435.6 million zł.
The bridge is planned as a dual‑use structure, capable of supporting heavy military equipment in line with NATO load requirements, and will serve vehicles, trams, pedestrians, cyclists and people with disabilities. The tender also covers extensive road‑network upgrades, including reconstruction of the Trasa Zamkowa, new alignments for streets Władysława IV and Jana, and the creation of accessible ramps and slopes.
All proposals will undergo a detailed formal and substantive analysis before a contract is awarded.
