Poland: Religious and school schedules announced for late 2026

Various local religious and educational schedules have been announced for late August and September 2026 in Poland.

In Tarnów, the Marian Week will take place from September 8 to 15, 2026, at the Cathedral Basilica. The schedule includes various masses, meetings for students from local high schools, and specific prayers for the sick and those in spiritual crisis. Bishop Andrzej Jeża is scheduled to lead a plenary mass on September 8.

Additionally, the 2026/2027 school year is set to begin on September 1, 2026. The inauguration includes a mass at the Sanctuary of Jasnogórska Matka Kościoła, followed by class meetings and language proficiency testing for various grade levels.
