A recent analysis by Personnel Service indicates that seasonal workers in Poland can earn up to 150 zł net per hour, especially waitstaff who receive tips. Other seasonal roles show a wide pay range: construction workers 30‑75 zł, childcare providers 25‑63 zł, event hostesses 26‑35 zł, water‑sport instructors 27‑55 zł, warehouse staff 26‑50 zł, fruit‑picking 25‑45 zł, camp educators 25‑40 zł, and hotel receptionists 25‑34 zł per hour. The data cover offers across the country, including cities such as Wrocław, and note that some positions include accommodation and meals.

In a separate disclosure, the salaries of physicians at the South Hospital were made public, showing a gross monthly wage of about 4,000 zł in that facility, while comparable doctors in three other hospitals receive roughly 16,000 zł net per month. The release has sparked discussion about salary transparency, workload responsibilities and oversight within the medical sector.
