Donald Tusk reveals Zondacrypto testimony in Polish Sejm

Prime Minister Donald Tusk disclosed testimony regarding the Zondacrypto affair, which included mentions of Zbigniew Ziobro and allegations of promises of pardons. Tusk claimed that leading right-wing politicians guided Zondacrypto and its owners to the highest levels of power.

In the Sejm, lawmakers voted on the presidential veto of Karol Nawrocki regarding the crypto-asset market law. The veto was not overturned, as 241 deputies voted for rejection while 198 voted against, resulting in the law not being passed. Zbigniew Ziobro characterized the situation as a special operation intended to destroy the right wing.

Additionally, Maciej Berek was elected as a new judge to the Constitutional Tribunal, a move that has sparked debate regarding his legal experience and political neutrality.
