Poland tightens legal betting rules and highlights fan support options

Polish law requires all sports betting operators to hold a licence issued by the Ministry of Finance. Only licensed firms may accept bets from adults aged 18 and over, and the public list of approved operators is available on the ministry’s website. Betting with unlicensed providers in the “grey zone” carries legal risk and may jeopardise users’ funds.

Purchasing official jerseys, accessories and other merchandise provides clubs with direct revenue, while participation in online fan groups and following club accounts on social media helps increase visibility and attract sponsors.
