Poland to host conference on supported employment for people with disabilities

An online conference titled ‘Unlimited Potential. A New Dimension of Supported Employment’ is scheduled for September 23, 2026. Organized by the Supported Employment Team within the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Persons with Disabilities, the event focuses on advancing supported employment for people with disabilities in the open labor market.

The conference will introduce a newly developed standard for supported employment and showcase best practices through specific organizational examples and personal testimonies. Discussion panels will include perspectives from individuals with disabilities, their support networks, and employers to address needs, expectations, and systemic challenges within the current framework.
