Poland: Two men arrested for abusing mothers

Two separate incidents of domestic violence against elderly mothers have resulted in the temporary arrest of suspects in Poland.

In Grodzisk Wielkopolski, a 55-year-old man was arrested and ordered by the District Court to be held for three months. He is accused of physical and psychological abuse, including verbal insults, threats to life, and physical violence such as pushing and choking his mother while under the influence of alcohol.

In the Siedlce region, a 36-year-old man was also placed under a three-month arrest by the District Court in Siedlce. He is suspected of abusing his 67-year-old mother through physical violence, verbal insults, and property damage. During his arrest, police also discovered narcotics in his possession.
