Poland upholds 10-year Schengen ban for internet personality Crawly

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court has upheld the deportation and a 10-year Schengen Area entry ban for Vladyslav O., an internet personality known as ‘Crawly’. The ruling follows a cassation appeal by the individual, which was dismissed after the court reviewed classified evidence provided by the Internal Security Agency (ABW).

The court determined that the individual's activities posed a potential security risk. Specifically, the ruling noted that his practice of staging controversial incidents and broadcasting them online could reveal sensitive information regarding the methods, timing, and reactions of Polish law enforcement services. The court also found sufficient evidence to support concerns regarding potential espionage activities.

Crawly was originally deported to Ukraine in November 2024 following a decision by the Minister of the Interior and Administration. His previous appeal was also rejected by the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw.
